ALESYS' certification process has three phases:

	Participation in the learning programs and completion of knowledge assessments.
	Completion of On-the-Job Practice Assignments and adjustment of performance based on feedback from ALESYS.
	Certification in each functional area.

The best return on investment is achieved when Candidates can immediately apply their learning to job application.  The On-the-Job Practice Assignments are designed to foster that transfer of knowledge — each Candidate should produce deliverables that have practical value to the organization.

Once Candidates have been certified in this curriculum, they are welcome to participate in an online message board sponsored and staffed by ALESYS, which provides guidance, feedback, and peer sharing of issues and solutions relevant to the functions covered by this certification.
