ALESYS encourages each certification Candidate's Manager to be involved in coaching and to encourage their Candidate to practice the skills learned in this curriculum.

An optional Manager's Packet accompanies each registration for this curriculum.  It contains detailed guidance for coaching the application of learned skills contained in each program in this curriculum. ALESYS also provides feedback and assistance to Candidates during their certification process.  This assistance is provided via phone or email, and includes review of draft deliverables assigned during the certification process.  We encourage each Candidate to share their drafts with their Manager as well.
