Advanced certification will be available to those who have completed the core curriculum and wish to take their skills to an even higher level.  It will include a focus on Measurement at Levels 3 and 4, as well as Organization and Performance-based Needs Analyses to help determine whether training is the best solution to a performance problem.

Once this advanced certification is achieved, Learners will have a strong foundation for becoming an Internal Consultant for their organizations.
