After Candidates have attended any of the programs in ALESYS' Learning Designer Certification curriculum, they must complete and submit the results of various Practice Activities.

A Candidate's On-the-Job Practices should be relevant to actual work projects they have conducted, or are in the process of conducting.  An ALESYS Senior Learning Manager will provide feedback and coaching to Candidates on their On-the-Job Practices, and Candidates are welcome to call their Senior Learning Manager if they have any questions during this phase of the certification process.

We also encourage Candidates to share their self-evaluations and discuss their progress with their Manager.  After submitting their final practice documents, the Candidate is evaluated for certification.
