Another large training vendor had negotiated a major multiyear contract with one of the largest banks in the U.S. on the condition that one of its packaged training programs for frontline employees would be significantly customized to the organization's vision and business objectives.

All training materials were revised significantly with this Customer's terminology, examples, and scenarios woven into all skill practices. We completed the project much more quickly than expected, and the vendor was able to present a solid product to its Customer well before the due date.

The Customer was so pleased with this high-quality product and its early completion that it agreed to expand the use of this program immediately into another region of the bank. The vendor made a much bigger sale, and the Customer was very satisfied with the solution.
